We received the compliant from [redacted] and [redacted] regarding the boat cushions on their Sea Hunt EdgeThe boat cushions, supplied by Carolina Cushions, had a manufacturer’s defect and required replacementWe notified Sea Hunt and in the fall of 2014, we received the replacement cushions from Carolina CushionsAll the fixed cushions were installed on the boat to [redacted] ’s satisfaction [redacted] choose to keep the loose cushions in the original packaging since they were not going to be used as the boat was stored for the winterWe later found that the loose snaps on the cushions that we received from the Carolina Cushions did not line up with the snaps on the boat [redacted] scheduled an appointment for [redacted] and [redacted] to bring the boat to us to adjust the snaps to ensure that the cushions fit properlyDuring this time, [redacted] had a medical emergency which required immediate surgeryUnfortunately, this caused delays and disr uptions in our service schedule during the height of our busy boating seasonUpon ***’s return to work, he contacted [redacted] and scheduled an appointment to repair the cushion snaps and a few other warranty itemsIn the interim, [redacted] had an upholstery shop adjust the snaps on the cushions which was paid for by Sea Hunt BoatsOn June *, [redacted] and a service technician made a service call to the [redacted] home to replace an anchor locker supplied by Sea Hunt due to a manufacturer’s defectWe have worked together with both Sea Hunt and the Carolina Cushions to resolve this matter for [redacted] and [redacted] Despite our repeated efforts we are saddened that we cannot please themWe hope the above information further clarifies the complaint filed by the [redacted] sSome things were said that we truly regret and for that we are sorry.Please contact me upon receipt if you have any additional questionsWe wish to resolve this matter to the satisfaction of all partiesThank you [redacted]
