incorrectly installed by another contractor. The homeowner agreed and has installed tyvek tape to seal tyvek to house properly. Soffit was installed incorrectly and unlevel towards the house. If both of these incorrectly installed products would have been installed correctly water wouldn't have penetrated the house. I've always responded to any phone call from customer.

This business response is utter nonsense. It was brought to my attention just recently that the bill still was not paid, thus the reason for the complaint. The reason they did not hear from me is because Midwest Exteriors said he would pay the roofer after the repairs were made and the payment was not received until yesterday (5/26/2015). Furthermore, the issue of the leak was not due to the non-taping to seal the house properly or the installation of the soffit or siding. The water penetrated the house because the seamless gutter was installed improperly to begin with. I had two different roofers tell me that the installer of the gutters pushed the gutter up breaking the seal of the shingles which caused water to drip over the edge of the shingle and behind the gutter, that is where the water was coming from and leaked in through my dining room window. I have had no issues since the shingles and gutter were replaced. At this point I am now satisfied knowing the outstanding bill has been paid.
