rate this service as a one since zero is not an optionThe service and customer care is a disasterIn my case never notified of delaysWhen I called in for status call was not returned I called again for status and asked for a manager to call me and refundThe doctor personally called me back and let me know that his employee was crying and claiming she was verbally abusedI was shocked by this for many reasonsI also spoke with the office Mgra week later when the order finally arrivedShe let me know in cases of dispute between customers and employees she always backs the employee These people are high priced and nuts with at least one who obviously has emotional problemsI gave up on canceling and getting refund because I felt like I needed to pay and get them out of my lifeI'm a typical middle of the road moderate who was caught up in a extreme left liberal nightmare

This review is for the office at Midwest Eye Consultants 220 N. Ironwood Dr. South Bend, IN 46515.
On 08/12/2014 I called to make an appointment for an eye exam and safety glasses under my VSP plan at work, I was asked for my health insurance, thought that was odd as I have never been asked for that info before. I then went to the Revdex.com website to investigate the business, after reading the complaints and seeing that the company is rated a D- and is not accredited my mind was made up to cancel my appointment and search for another business for my eyecare needs.
On 08/13/2014 I received a message from them stating that they were unable to find me in VSP system, I returned the call and my appointment was then canceled. I called VSP to verify using date of birth and last four SS # both of which the business had, no issues at all in finding that I was indeed in the system.
I would not recommend this company.
