I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was in no way intoxicated when I talked with Mr***, I had just got home from work. I have all text messages from both *** showing the timelineand no shows responses. I had to call back several times to find out the status of the starter ordered for our generator. I believe I was very patient with Mr.*** ** even though the communication and appointment promises were very poor. I was so upset with Mr*** **'s attitude and lack of concern for mysituation (I am the customer, correct?) that I did get angry when talking to him, but it was a build up of all the no show appointments, lack of actual diagnosis andpoor communication of what was going on. He did promise to do the starter at no markup on the part and no labor charge and his son said he would also replacethe hoses/lines at no charge. This was acceptable until Mr*** *** never called with an update on the part and told us to go elsewhere and hung up. I would be willing to discuss this with Walter *** *** only, as I will not deal with SeniorIf we can come to an acceptable conclusion we will, otherwise I would like to continue with this complaint. I would like for Walter *** to contact me after 2pm if he wants to resolve this matter

without the service.we ordered the starter from Generac and was told of a probubale shipping date.  Starter did not arrive as was promised, back ordered.. during this time my son our service tech broke his foot and was out for 7 weeks, leaving me to do both jobs.  I notified my gara server all times that when his starter arrives well. Be out to install. the 255 for the service and 120 for a new battery are not refundable do to the oil, filters, spark plugs and battery were installed in his unit.  The starter issue is a separate problem, we were installing the starter labor free. mr gara called and sounded extreamly intoxicated, stumbling over his words and kept repeating the same things for 39 min.  I told mr gara, when the starter arrives we can put it in.  That wasn’tgood Enough and he hung up on me. At this point he should find another service company.
