Enclosed is a response to your letter dated 8/4/regarding the above Subject Case #*** We have been in constant contact with the customer that filed this complaintWe have resolved it by proving that Midwest Glass Tinters, Incwas in no way at all responsible for the problem to begin withThe incident happened as follows: We did the original tinting on two of the customers windowsAt one point, the customer had to replace one of the original panes, and then had us out to re-tint the windowAfter several tries, and not being able to match the film using the exact same materials, *** *** advised the installer to remove the film from the window that was not replaced, and plan to re-tint them both with the new materialUpon removal it became clear, both to us, and to the customer, that the glass the customer replaced was factory tinted, instead of clear, and therefore, the problem had nothing to do with Midwest Glass Tinters, Incor the quality control of the products we useThe glass company that the customer used, did not replace the window with the same glass that was originally thereIt is impossible to match an after-market product with a factory tinted productHence: the problem that the customer filed the complaint about to begin withThe customer has acknowledged that Midwest Glass Tinters, Incis in no way responsible for the circumstances regarding the claim to begin with, and has expressed their willingness to completely rescind the complaint filed with the Revdex.com Thank you in advance for your help in this matterPlease notify *** *** after you contact the customer, and inform him of your decision regarding this claim Kind regards, *** H*** Midwest Glass Tinters, Inc847-***-***
