had Gutter guard placed in my existing gutters, there was an issue right away with water running into the house and down the wall in the garage, there was so much water coming in the garage there was a puddle on the floor, I called a total of 8 times in two weeks with no one ever calling me back!!!! Then on the south side of the house there was a section that was not level and lookd bad, I called again on both issues and no one ever called me back!!! Product does not work as I expected
as leaves do not come off of product and causes damning of leaves and water running over gutter causing icicles to form on gutter, not what I expected, no service after installed, not even a call back on messages left dozens of times!! Very lousey follow up , Had to do repairs my self and at 70 years old was totally unhappy with product and service. would not recomend this company for any work on any home!!
WOULD NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE NO MATER WHAT THE SAVINGS

We had Midwest Gutter Guard install our new gutters and guard inserts at our Fitchburg, WI home at the end of March 2019.
The product has been a good quality for the most part. I can't say the same about their communications, scheduling and support.
The installation of the gutters had to be rescheduled from one day to another due to another job running long.
Ok, can understand, things happen. Installers for the gutters then showed up on the rescheduled date at my neighbors house.
Once they found out which house the job was at, I had to explain the details of where the extensions and downspouts needed to go.
It was like they did not have any information as to how the job was supposed to look at the end.
Gutter installers told me separate team would come back the next day to install the guard inserts.
That team did not show up until three days later to install the guard inserts.
Since the job was completed, I've noticed that A) not all the extensions connected to the downspouts were screwed together and B) a gutter is leaking on the first story as water falls from the end of the gutter seal.
Sending emails to Midwest Gutter Guard resulted in no response. Using the Contact/Quote link on their web site resulted in no response.
Finally was able to contact someone by calling their office. Scheduled a maintenance call for mid April (19?) when I was able to work from home.
No one showed up. Rescheduled for following week (April 22). Afterwards, still found extensions not screwed on to downspouts. No evidence that work was done to repair leak.
As I write this, I'm watching the leak continue as a storm passes through.

Gutter guards are suppose to prevent gutters from clogging. The screen guard gets blocked by debris and runs off just like I don't have gutters anymore. Have tried numerous times to contact them and one time a rep said they were coming over to look at the situation - never showed up.

Excellant product, stainless steel screen, and edges. Brian was here the first day by himself.
did a great job on the Gutter Guard instalation and did a very professional Job. He had to come back at a different date due to the need of a longer ladder, materials for Garage gutter and another person. They were very flexible on when I wanted them to come and do the work , as I wanted the gutters dry so they could seal ones that had leakage issues. Brian was very friendly and flexible to my dates suggested. The second time Brian came with Jordan. They worked great together and I could tell they worked as a team before. They took a long time due to my 70 feet of second floor gutters. They also took down a 32 foot gutter and installed a new gutter with downspout , and the gutter guard. The job was done very well and I am very happy with the look and product. I had 4 other companies come to look at my project and give me a bid. Midwest Gutter Guard came and was the most resonable price without replacing my custon copper gutters. All other contractors said I needed all new gutters. If your Looking for an excellant product and service look no further.

Last winter, after the Madison Home show we hired Midwest Gutter Guard LLC to install the gutter protection and heater cables in our gutters. The agreement was that they would clean out the leaves from the gutters, install the heater cables to help stop the ice forming, and place the gutter guards on the existing gutters. They did the installation, but they did not clean the gutters as I can still see leaves in the gutters, and the heater cables do not warm enough to help melt the ice. In fact after leaving the heater cables on for several hours they are barely warm.

I called them numerous times to come back and correct the heater cables, finally after much effort on my part they sent the installer back out. He merely plugged a cable in, felt it and decided that it was warm and that was all it would do. They are still charging me the same amount as though the heater cables actually worked, which they do not. I asked that they at least give me a partial refund since the product does not work as advertised, but they have gone silent. I get no response from the at all. I am very disappointed in the products and do NOT recommend this company to anyone.

We have been in contact with this customer and have been out to the house to check and resolve this issue. Originally we were informed that the heat coils used to melt snow in ice in the gutters were not working however when we went out to inspect we determined they were working. Customer then responded that they didn't heat to the degree he expected so we have agreed to go back and replace with all new heat coils that will test in advance to insure they are working properly.Customer has been accepting of this proposal for us to come back out and reinstall the heat cables. This is scheduled to happen on May 30th.I'm assuming this should resolve the issue but will let you know if there's any other issues that arise.

Installer was out this morning and installed a set of new heater cables. Unfortunately winter is a long way away, so there is no way to test that his second set of cables will actually accomplish the deicing effort. At this point however there is nothing more that can be done. If this doesn't work I will have to remove the gutter guards. Midwest Gutter Guard was hired to replace a large section of my existing gutters with their product. The original gutters that they replaced were connected to downspouts on both sides of the gutters. Their newly installed gutters were only connected to one of the downspouts. NOT both. Sadly (for me) I did not notice this until after I paid them. The missing downspout connection has resulted in overflow and water in my basement. The area of the roof drained by the new gutters involved is too large to be drained by only one downspout. I emailed Pat on September 7th, and sent photos of what was missing and got no response. I called Several times in September regarding this unfinished problem and was only able to leave messages on their voicemail. No one answered any of my calls. Finally, on September 18 I called again and got through to Pat, who at first claimed that the missing downspout connection "wasn't needed", but eventually agreed to install this missing connection "later in October" because "We are busy now". Since that time I have never heard back from them. I have called Midwest Gutter Guard 7-8 times since November 6th and always get only voicemail. No one has ever called back, not even once.
