I apologize for the inconvenience, however our service technician always quotes pricing before he goes out for a call so all of our customers are aware of any fees. We have been in business for over 50 years because we take care of our customers as quickly and professionally as possible. This call...

was an emergency after hours call which did have a service call fee as he explained at the time of service that would be collected. Upon arrival the technician diagnosed the problem and let the customer know up front what the cost would be, the only charges that were discussed where items not covered under the parts warranty such as the service call and labor, no other fees were charged or collected and services were performed that day just as we do on any service visit. The technician did return for the repair, our company collects any fees at the time of service that is our operational policy. Midwest works very hard to take care of everyone and when there are extreme weather conditions we work even harder to not leave anyone in a heating or cooling emergency that is why we offer after hour services.
