I have contacted homeowner and told her I would help her out but everything is no longer under warranty so to complain about something that was done years ago is crazyAlso all the problems she is having rt now is due to her using too much salt on her landing and retaining wall in which it ate at
the brick and made it start breaking away

Again I talked to the company on Monday, June 1 and was told that the wall and steps would be fixed in two weeks. Then I saw your letter in the company is stating that it is no longer under warranty.   And for us to complain after four years is crazy, not once in our conversations did the company convey that message to me. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]It seems Midwest Home Exteriors doesn't care that they installed an unsafe porch railing on our porch as they never attempted to remedy or make it more solid in any way.  The lack of a building permit is a good example of the corner's they cut.  The business really fell short of our expectation on the entire porch job.

Everything is done she wanted all composite removed so I did. Than she had her family do the stairs in treated lumber. She called and said everything is completed and the manufacturing company never tells you a wall should be sealed because it always last a long time. In this case it was the salt that ate at the brick. It ate away 3 blocks that ended up braking away.

Homeowner will have Thursday 5/19/2016 around 9:30 am
