I received the complaint from your company and I would just like to clear everything up on our end The authorization was sent to the insurance company, the number they had initially given me for the precert was different than what they had in their system by one number I called and spoke with someone 1/31/with [redacted] and her name was *** She got everything cleared up with me and ensured me that insurance payment would be processed correctly now I called and spoke with patients wife and reiterated everything with her and she voiced very understanding I made sure we were on good terms and she knew that she could always come and use our facility in the future anytime anything is needed I also ensured that the patient would not owe anything out of pocket to our company due to the misunderstanding between everyone She was very pleased with that and did get a copy in the mail of that in writing for her own records
