Customer bought a bike which we had advertisedShe did not have all the money with her She did bring the money in to pay for the bike We did not prep the bike til the payment was brought in She is a new rider and the bike had died on her We picked her up and brought her back to shop and replaced parts at no charge to her It was well past the time of days for her to rescind the sale I told her I could sell the bike for her I have found someone to buy it but Alexandria still has the title and wants to hold onto it for a few days since she had to wait a few days for the title She wants to be involved with this sale and it is not necessary In order to sell the bike which she will be given a full refund in return, we need the title for the sale I will also give to her something in writing that we will handle the sale on her behalf and she will receive the funds in full for price she paid.We want her to be satisfied by selling her bike and refunding her money that she paid However, for all transactions to happen and to go smoothly, we need the title to the bike

Customer bought a bike which we had advertised. She did not have all the money with her.  She did bring the money in to pay for the bike.  We did not prep the bike til the payment was brought in.  She is a new rider and the bike had died on her.  We picked her up and brought her...

back to shop and replaced parts at no charge to her.   It was well past the time of 3 days for her to rescind the sale.  I told her I could sell the bike for her.  I have found someone to buy it but Alexandria still has the title and wants to hold onto it for a few days since she had to wait a few days for the title.  She wants to be involved with this sale and it is not necessary.  In order to sell the bike which she will be given a full refund in return, we need the title for the sale.  I will also give to her something in writing that we will handle the sale on her behalf and she will receive the funds in full for price she paid.We want her to be satisfied by selling her bike and refunding her money that she paid.  However, for all transactions to happen and to go smoothly, we need the title to the bike.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 16, 2016/01/15) */
This customer bought a 26 ft searay not running from us , and we had the trailer title and told him that we would be getting the title from jeff city soon, He wanted to take the boat that day,so we wrote buyers order from our dealership,and...

collected the money. We did get the title , but the owner of our store misplaced it, he is 91 years old, just trying to help around the shop. I then called the customer and told him we re applied, because the owner cant find it and DOR jeff city said a couple of weeks we will have a new one.He then started telling me how bad of a business person I was and my father was incompetent from the start to the end he complained and was verbally abusive. it came in and I called customer, and told him you have to come in and sign it , he refused, told us we didnt know how to run a business, said he was going to list me on every web site thing neg he could, he and his girl friend fill my face book page with neg feed back to the point I had to take it down , I had no idea he contacted you till today, I have all the text from him saying (just [redacted] send it because I wont like it if he has to come out) you and your incompetent father can run a business. This is a very small part of the verbal abuse we have takin from him. I had to call the lincoln co police to report him , they said to communicate throgh text mess and they will have record of it. Finally my 91 year old father just mailed it to him with out our copys of signatures just to shut him uo. Not the way it needed to be done but he wouldnt come out .iI called a few day later to make sure he got it and the first thing he did was start telling me all the things we did wrong. the onle thing we did wrong was mis place the title and we corrected that as fastas possible, there were two different dates on the paper work because we had the trailer title, so it was dated when he recieved it., The boat title was dated late dec when we recieved it, the way missouri DOR wants it. he then started telling me I was wrong for doing it that way , so, I just hung up the phone. there was no talking to hin or reasoning , he was verbaly abusive and threatening. we did nothing wrong.
