I started using Volunteer Energy Services in as my 3rd party gas providerThere rates, at the time, were lower than my provider, Consumers Energy However, their rates did not stay lower and I cancelled my service in I'm sorry I didn't compare rates earlier than 2015!! Furthermore, I just found out (Dec, 2016) they never cancelled my service! No one answers their phonesI will keep trying and hope someone answers my calls and will credit my account for the past year's charges
I received my DTE Energy bill for the month of January and there was a charge from Volunteer Energy Services, Incfor $ I did not authorize this billing and called to dispute the charges or clarify what the charges were and who authorized them only to get put into voice mail, I left a message on 1/10/and received no call back I called again on 1/17/and again only to get put into voice mail
