Review: I do not know where exactly this company received my phone number, but I am recently engaged and signed up for some newsletters that I think they then bought my information from. Since then I have received 4 phone calls from them claiming they met me at a wedding show that I didn't even attend. I have asked them each time to remove me from their phone list. This week alone I received two phone calls from different states. In the last phone call I asked to be removed and explained that I already had been called numerous times and requested this. The lady on the phone then continued to push her sales pitch starting with "What you don't understand is . . . " I understand everything just fine. I don't want to be contacted by this company again. I am not going to sit through a sales presentation to get a free dinner.Desired Settlement: To be removed from their phone list.

Review: Multiple problems including service, quality, warranty, refund, exchange and guarantee.

Invitation to attend dinner 4 two, high pressure to purchase expensive product. [redacted] is the account number from purchase on 10.17.14 date, [redacted] (seller) aka Royal Prestige out of Washingtonville, NY. Product shipped on 10.22.14 and after arrival, first time of use, the quality was so poor that the pan burnt beyond use again following their instructions. Phone call made to the company which refused to back their product with a refund nor replacement, including not even a partial refund for the other two unused pans. Their service while on the phone, included interrupting and eventually hanging up on us multiple times. Harassment includes contacting my previous employer, and calling primary and secondary account holders repeatedly without any contact information. When I was able to reach them, [redacted] was unwilling to listen to my situation and unwilling to work with me on it. Last contact also with [redacted]. Also, possibly Hy Cite address in Middleton WI is bogus.Desired Settlement: Utilizing the warranty to obtain the refund for the two unused items and replacement of the one item that was ruined.
