I submitted an $deposit for a property for which I visited (3) times with the understanding that the basement would be fixed to occupy the propertyOn the last visit I noticed that it hadnt been touchedI never signed a rental agreement or lease so I knew that they probably would'nt finish and I didnt want to be stuck with the repairs myself so I requested to the agent that I receive my money backHe said no problem and gave me the office address and number and I proceeded to callAt first I was told to come and pick it up because they process checks in the office but when I was leaving, the phone person said they couldnt give it to me and it went on from thereI've heard every liecall back, not in, we'll call you, the owne has to approve,etcI'm a grandmother on SS and I have a handicapped granddaughter so we definitely need itIt's been months now and they're just holding itI finally filed a claim and are waiting for an outcome

I just rented a house from [redacted]MIDWEST MANAGEMENT TEAM LLC on November 1st,2016 and I still haven't received a copy of the lease and that's NOT even the bad part! This house has a major sewer issue and the smell is unbearable! I spoke to the guy Jeff F[redacted] on November 2nd,2016 that I met with to look at the house and he answered the first time and said he would have someone come look at it but NO ONE HAS EVER CAME AND NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE! This company is beyond unprofessional! They need to be exposed as the SLUMLORDS they are!!! I have learned that I will be doing my homework on all future landlords!!!
