Office staff & service techs very courteous & professionalTimely and great serviceServices needed are explained in detail & any questions answered in terms I can understand

They came out on a Sunday for an emergency call with my air conditioningThe man that came out was professional and courteous and had my A/C running within an hourIt seems to be working as good as new

The salesman/tech was highly unprofessional When told about what was needed I tried to ensure that his was needed Tech became combative
Total Comfort Heating and Air, LLC I would NOT use these people again and I suggest that you don't either It has come time once again to get the AC Unit serviced and their sales person called me up I explained that I have had the AC serviced several times but I keep missing out on having the heat side cleaned and looked at so I would only agree to have him out if both sides got cleaned and the charge for this service was quoted as $ Not a problem I explained that it would be better to come out in the afternoon close to 5pm and I was told that the only time that they would come out was between the hours of 4pm and 6pm so I expressed once again that it would be better for me if it were closer to 5pm as they can because I wouldn't make it home until right at 5pm but if they wanted to start cleaning before I showed up then that would be

I returned home today after attending a funeral and found the a/c was not coolingI contact Total Comfort Heating & AirI was not expecting such fast serviceRepairman called back within an hour and was turning onto my streetRepairman was extremely friendly and informativeRepairman fixed the problem in under an hourI am very pleased with this company

I had them come out on 6/22/due to my emergency pan filling and draining outside The service tech came and said the main drain was clogged He attempted to unclog the main drain but said it was to bad and needed replaced Replacement for the PVC drain would be $ He proceeded to list all of the things wrong with my unit, rusty coil w/leaks, builder's grade unit (low end unit) Gave me the quote for a new unit of $6000-$ I would not agree to replacing the drain for $427, so this tech left, after a $charge This was a $service charge + $labor charge Although he worked for an hour he did nothing that helped the unit Plus, I had to call back out same night due to the PVC drain now leaking at the joints in my attic Only thing leaking prior to service was unit into emergency pan After he left from the call back, the PVC stated leaking again which required me to wrap garbage bags to catch the water until I could call back the next morning Called them the next morning and a service manager actually came out to check the unit and fix the new leaks He again started that I had a builder's grade unit and named off numerous issues including the rusty coil with leaks, outside coil being very dirty and the return being too small for the size of unit and that it would be in my best interest to replace the entire unit and not fix individual issues He also stated that he was going to replace the main PVC pipe In which I said not for $ He proceeded to state if I bought the unit I would not be charged the $ My reply was I am not prepared for you to replace the drain because then I would feel as though I had to use them in order to negate the $charge I wanted to get a second opinion on the unit He did fix the leaks that the first tech had caused Both the service tech and the service manager seemed more concerned about the amount of money they could get out of me (replacing unit) verses taking care of unit (unclog) the drain Now keep in mind the unit was cooling the house with no obvious issue and that they were called due to the emergency pan filling I had more companies come out and both knew that this company had recommended replacing, but both stated that although the coil was somewhat rusted that was to be expected with a unit from 9-years old Neither could find leaks that registered high enough too cause concerns, both stated that they saw no reason to replace the unit at this time They both stated they could unclog the main drain They did state when it did come time too replace they would also recommend a larger return but that it had been in place this long and working fine that they would not do anything now The 3rd company that came out unclogged the drain for $and the unit has not had any issues draining into the emergency drain since The second and third company cared about the customer and not the dollar signs where Total only saw dollar signs

This company was so nice and friendly They came right out, no hassles, and were super nice to my elderly mother Honest and helped us make the right decisionAlso, helped finance the new unit threw Spire, the new AlagascoWill definitely recommend them to everyoneGary D*** did a wonderful jobThanks

AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE ACTUAL MANAGER MRGARY HE SPOKE WITH SENSE AND HE APOLOGIZED FOR THE MISUNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE TECH, THE DISPATCHER AND MY FAMILYTHE MANAGER MRGARY WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING AND HE RESOLVED THE PROBLEM IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNERI REALLY DO APPRECIATE MRGARY CONTACTING ME AND MY MOTHER TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE CAUSED BY HIS WORKERSHE ALSO REASSURED US THAT HE WOULD HANDLE THE SITUATIONI ADMIRE MRGARY FOR THAT

I called for service technician came out heat was working before he attempted to do whatever he claimed to have doneOn the day it snowed and it was the coldest day heat stopped working and house was cold due to cold air blowing from ventsCalled the company the technician called with an attitude and the manager did alsoAfter paying $for them to come out just to be treated like crapThe manager was yelling and handled the situation in a horrible wayWill never use them again
