I have now and in the past had billing questions and no one will call me back
On *** I got a bill from MWMC for an appointment on ***I called and spoke with a guy named *** and he said the last time I was in was ***This is also incorrect because I stopped going in *** and had them cancel all my appointments because I was tired of the poor customer service Each time I did go I paid my bill before I leftI asked what this was about and he did not know but said he would leave a note for the person who handles the billingI did not get a call back so I called the day after, he then requested a copy of my bill which I emailed and then was told I would get a call back explainingI didn't so I called again wanting to get information, I was told again by *** that the lady who handles accounting was gone and that he would make sure she called me the next day, she never didI have also left two messages at *** which is the number on the bill to contact
