My first response is shock that *** says she only wanted one opener when in her email dated January 7th at 10:she wrote " let's go with the chains"
Because I gave two options of chain drive units I tried to clarify this on January 7th
email at 8:pm asking which units she wanted but I did not get a responseMost of our communication was done via email but we finally did speak on the phone and she mentioned she wanted the keyless entry which does not cone with the unit for $
As far as the scheduling time we did try to schedule numerous times during regular business hours and on Saturday but in my last email before we spoke I asked her if there was any day she got home before 6:I asked if we could come earlier as the job would take 1/hours finishing close to 9:and we would be done when she got homeI wouldn't ask my employees to work 1/hours after the days end without paying them extra so it fell to me to do the jobAs she mentioned we finally decided at 5:on Monday but she wasn't home till 6:so I'm not sure what I was supposed to do from 5:till 6:

To you I very sorry that what you thought you asked for and what you emailed was communicated differentlyI have been in the Garage Door business for years and have only had one complaint from a customer who thought I didn't want to fix her door because she lived in North MinneapolisThe reason was because the door was in such poor shape I did not feel right about putting money into a door that would fall apart in a few months
I'm also sorry you didn't reach out to me about y being dissatisfied with our work etc
I have refunded the amount you requested to the credit card you used not because I feel I was at fault but because there was poor communication that resulted in what transpired
For me it's not about the money but about servicing my customersAgain I'm sorry for your dissatisfaction and I did not sell your old opener we just thew it out
