7/19/16 - Customer called and stated he could not get financing from his lender where he had previously stated he was pre-approved.  8/20/16 - Customer requested we complete a credit application and we get him financed as he requested.  Customer declined financing due to the 11% APR for which he qualified. 8/29/16 - Customer requested his $200 deposit for freight charges be refunded.  $100 of the $200 was refunded due to freight charges to get the special ordered unit to our location.  As of 9/2/16 this special ordered unit is still in our inventory.  Sincerely, [redacted], Owner
