I had a dealing with the owner Benjamin and the sales manager Ritchie. To my surprise I was totally deceived and mislead, to make things worse, I trusted them as professionals. I traded in my two custom vehicles , a 2007 convertible mustang loaded and a 1990 ck 1500 custom truck rebuilt from the ground up. They Had some beautiful cars on the floor and I fell in love with a 2007 Bentley that I just had to have. I not only lost 20 K on my trades, but was sold a $65,000 Bentley with a broken navigation disc, no floor mats, and a broken head rest. I made multiple attempts to call, was passed from employee to employee, and made multiple trips to the dealership which is over 65 miles from where I live in Racine Wisconsin. The last attempt I waited over two hours to speak with the owner who happened to conveniently be tied up in a meeting as every time I showed up to get my problems solved. Even with the I owe slip for the floor mats, Ritchie was sent to my residence with some [redacted] floor mats for a 65K Bentley which was not what was promised to me. Then I was told that there would be an additional charge for any parts that needed to be replaced on the car I didn't even put 1,000 miles on. I was assured before, during and after the sale that I would be taken care of. It is now over 6 months later, I took another $15,000 dollar loss to get rid of the junk that Midwest Motors sold me and have since bought 2 brand new vehicles and 2 more used vehicles from other dealers with no complaints. I would not recommend Midwest Motors to anyone and would definitely question the integrity and honesty.

community is one of our largest lenders and we are directly connected to them and we would need to submit the loan for final approval. All approvals are based on collateral value. NO credit was run by Midwest Motors as the preapproval showed in the system, because of negative trade equity the loan would require a loan officers approval. Since it was afternoon on Saturday the deal would need to go till the next business day. On Monday 8-31-15 the credit union approved the deal with the stipulation that the customer put a little over two thousand dollars down. The customer did not have all the required down payment so the dealership agreed to take $1500.00 at time of delivery and a the remainder in 90 days. On delivery the customer stated that they did not have their trade title because they had recently refinanced it and expected it back from the state any day. We agreed that they would forward it then. The customer left the dealership that evening with their new truck & new title but also left with there down payment money. Multiple calls and messages left for the customers to see if this was a oversight where left unanswered. On 9-7-15 the dealership contacted the State of Missouri regarding the trade title. The state informed us that no title had been applied for and the last tile issued was on 6-25-13 and had a different lienholder. After 18 documented phone calls & messages regarding the down payment & title status where ignored the file was being prepared for litigation as it appeared the customers intent was to defraud the dealership.
On 9-16-15 the customer called the dealership to inquire about the trade not being paid off, we informed them that they needed to bring in there down payment and title to finish the transaction.
The customer was informed that if payment was made by check we would wait until it cleared-standard banking practice is 10 days. Also the customer told the dealership she would be bringing in the title. The title presented was the title issued 6-25-13 but was considered mutilated since it had multiple reassignments and errors. We contacted MADA to see what would be the fastest way to resolve the title issue. We where informed that a duplicate title should be applied for. The original was only in the fiancés name so he would need to sign all paperwork for a duplicate and this would need to be notarized. We informed the customer that it was 35.00 because we would apply for a quick title to expedite things. She then stated that he was out of town till the weekend and could not sign anything till Saturday 9-19-15 , we had all appropriate paperwork ready for him including Power of Attorneys. On 9-17-15 she contacted the title clerk to inform us that she applied for a title and it would be 4-6 weeks and the cost was only $11.00 this is cheaper when a quick title fee is not applied. Quick titles come back within a few days. We informed her we would still need a Power of Attorney from her fiancé.To date this has not been provided yet and we will only accept one that is witnessed in the dealership. The dishonesty by the customer has lead to lack of faith in them. we would like to resolve the issue ourselves, we will pay off the trade when a valid Mo title is received. Any additional fees have been incurred by the customers own deceit. we have offered all viable and quick resolutions to only meet road blocks.
