We have reviewed the incident by viewing and listening to the recorded interaction between Mrs*** and our staffAt no time did she or her passenger mention or request that they intended to leave their vehicle on our propertyIf they had they would have been instructed that they cannot leave
the vehicle and that they would need to take measures at that time to arrange for a towAfter they left there was no further contact between them and our staff or corporate office until they arrived at the store the following Monday to retrieve their vehicle at which time they were informed we had it towed from the premiseThere are signs on the property (front of the building, north side of the property, and south side of the building) that communicate that vehicles left on the property will be towed and the fees associated with that towWe will decline the request to reimburse the costs of the tow and storage incurred by Mrs***

The customer should come back to our location and ask for me, *** the managerCustomer should bring a current bank statement showing the double chargeIf the customer was double charged I would be happy to resolve itI am usually in Monday through Friday 6:am to 2:pm. If they check
their account they may see it has already been fixed***
