I went to the urgent Care to see a Doctor because I was in painThis facility allows people who have an urgent illness to be seen by a doctor immediately but in my case it didn’t work out that wayWhen I was checked in I paid my co-pay if $and waited hour after that they made an announcement that they had no doctors available to see us so they had to refund my $back on my cardThe billing lady Latasha said my money will be back on my card in to hours and nothing hapen so I called then she said it would take business daysNow after days she’s saying a monthIve never had any problems with my refunds on my bank account but I asked if they can mail me a check since I was never seen I had to go to another location that same day and pay another $that I really couldn’t afford but I was in painThis location is horrible and have heard other complaints about the service so I just want my money back and should not have to get the run aroundPlease help
