On December 5th I filed a complaint with you about the Centre Daily TimesComplaint # [redacted] From December 6th through December 30th my newspaper was in the box and delivered in a timely mannerA manager Chris T [redacted] called me I believe on December 28th to make sure everything was going the way it was supposed to and the problem was solved, which at that point it wasStarting December 31st my paper was being thrown on to the sidewalk and in the flower beds once againSince then, January 7, 9, 14, the paper was on the sidewalkOn January 13th I received no paper at allI have called the Center Daily Times several times and complainedI even call manager Chris T [redacted] on January 9th with of course no responseThis has got to stopI don't have time to look for my newspaper every morning then spend time on the phone complaining that I want my newspaper and want it delivered to the box that was put in place by the Centre Daily Times for deliveryI do alot of family history and need these newspapers every dayIf it wouldnt be for needing these articles I would stop this service in a heart beat.TranslateI want my newspaper delivery EVERY DAY and put in the BOX

Jennifer,I received another notice in regards to this account. I want to clarify on our end about this. I have only received one call in to our call center on 1/14/about a missed delivery. I assumed since we did a follow up on December that all was good. We cannot address an issue if we are not aware of itFurthermore, 1/13/18, we received a snow/ice storm which caused the 1/14/complaint. Her road is up a hill that was not treated during delivery hours of am til amThe carrier could not access her address due to safety of herself. As far as her other days it was on the sidewalk, again we have been having winter weatherHer sidewalk is icy during delivery hours. If a specific placement request is made, the home owner should be able to provide a safe path for it to be carried out. I personally have checked this address and confirmed the paper has been placed in her box when weather was not a factor. If you need anything else from me, feel free to call me. It was 40 degrees outside.  I don't know what we can do to resolve this. Even in the worst weather, our [redacted] newspaper is ALWAYS in the box.
