I am rejecting this response because:there was never a date mentioned.I contacted them originally with no response from themAll I was told on the phone was they would take care of itThe excuse of rain has nothing to do with the complaint because I originally only talked about the interior which I have taken care ofThe exterior logs and deck are an issue noticed when I started working on exteriorNo contact by them has been attemptedI would show in my phone logs a call from them.I didn't realize I had to contact them twice to get a responsePerhaps a different complaint was scheduled and was rained out not my issueIf they are willing to clean overspray on exterior and contact me I will be satisfiedThis is their problem, they sprayed not me and, have caused enough damage to a new house that I filed a complaintFirst time ever.

I am in receipt of the above referenced complaint, which I received on October 17, The following is my written response, along with supporting documentation, in response to the complaintMidwest Professional Foam Insulation, Inc(MPFI) entered into a contract with the complainant, ***
***, on August 17, The contract called for MPFI to spray open cell foam insulation to various areas of a structure in Hermann, MO(See attached contract) The job was completed on August 19,After completion of the job, Mr*** contacted MPFI to inform us that there was "overspray"We agreed at that time to come back to the job site to attempt to satisfy Mr***, even though we were not obligated to do soIt is always our goal to make our customers happy and keep good customer relationsWe both agreed upon a dateWhen the day came, it had been raining and continued to rain that dayBoth parties agreed that MPFI would not be able to work in the conditions as they wereDue to our schedule (this is one of the busiest times of year), we have not been able to returned to the Hermann addressAdditionally, we have not heard back from Mr***The letter from this agency is the only communication we have had with him since the day we were unable to return to the structure due to weatherI had calendared Mr*** to make contact with him next week, when our schedule opened upIt is still our intention and goal to make every customer, including Mr***, satisfied with our product and servicesWe will attempt to make contact with Mr***, as originally intended, to remedy the situationIf you have any further questions, or need further information, please do not hesitate to contact me
