not sure of the specific issue with the clipThe manufacturer *** *** does change the clips and style of certain keys based on parts on handWe do not stock extra clips for their keys. On 01/24/I made an online transaction with this business to purchase an item needed for workI entered my billing information as well as my Visa card number which was accepted and the money was withdrawn from my accountIt is now 02/06/and I have not received any type of information regarding shipping or other communication from the businessIf I am not to receive the item I paid for I wish for my money back

I purchased a handcuff key from the Midwest Public Safety Outfitters websiteWhen it was delivered, I found that it was different from the advertised pictureI needed what was advertised for my uniform as a Police OfficerAfter several attempts to contact an employee, I finally was able to only onceThe representative said he could resolve the issue by sending me a replacement part (a silver clasp for the handcuff key)I never received the partI have contacted the company numerous times in the past several weeksEach time I get the voicemailI leave a message each timeNo one has returned a call or resolved this issue

Regarding order #*** which was placed online on July 28th, for a total of five (5) RINGS *** *** *** SIMULATOR (Model BT-FS***) addressed to a local Sheriff's Explorer ProgramI was charged a total of $for an order I never receivedI have been in contact an with MPS Sales Manager since October 4th about this issue and it has yet to be resolvedI have attempted to email MPS management and have not received a response since October 19thI have also attempted to contact MPS Customer Service at 866-***-***, to which none of my calls have been returned

I ordered a radio strap from this company prior to Aug 12th after a couple of weeks of not hearing anything from them about my order I contacted the company and asked about my orderI was told they didn't see anything that I ordered however they had already charged my credit card After doing some searching they "found" my order and told me they would get it out as soon as possible Another couple weeks went by and again no word on anything being shippedAfter trying to contact the company which is nearly impossible they finally e-mailed me saying it was being processed Long story short still have no product it hasn't been shipped and now I'm unable to contact the company and no one will return phone calls or emails

Order a radio strap, never received an order status, so I called and asked for one no return phone call Email same thing So I canceled my order and asked for a refund cause customer service is terrible Was told they'd refund my money and send me a strap for no charge Received the strap still no refund I have the emails

I have complaints;
I placed my order on 11/3/15, I got the oder with one item completely wrong and another on backorder
I have sent multiple e-mails and left various messages (since no one answers) with the latest being days ago with no reply
I was charged for the item that was on backorder and have not received or heard anything about it

I believe the offer to issue a partial refund for an item that was delayed in delivery is a fair action on our part. The customer received the product and is using the product by all accounts. Our extended offer remains that if the customer would like to return the item we will issue a full refund. If they wish to keep the item, we would offer a partial refund because the item was received later than expected and promised. This is our final offer to resolve this complaint in good faith.

This item was back ordered for approximately 8 days. It has now shipped and in route to the customer. USPS tracking [redacted] Thank you[redacted]

I think the customer needs to read the previous response again. Returns are made at no cost to the buyer. Obviously the customer has been using the item they said they could not. Otherwise they would not have an issue sending back the item and there would be no cost to them with a full refund. Most of are staff are active or retired [redacted] including myself. If fraud is being committed it is certainly not on the end of the business. This offer to return the item stands. In addition I will even accept a used item in return and waive any restocking fee for this order. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:The explanation given by the business is inadequate. They state that they have not received any of my emails or voicemails because a faulty communication system. This should not be the customerr's problem. This business is ooor and sells products differently than what they advertise. They then stated that I could send the item back, which I would have to pay to do, then risk being charged a "restocking fee". This business is a fraud in my opinion. I am not paying to have this resolved and the business obviously does not care seeing as how I may be charged for "restocking". I was told be one of their employees, during the one time I actually spoke to someone, that they could take a clip from another handcuff key and send it to me as a replacement. This business supposedly serviced police and military. Honestly I think this business should be investigated by the Police they serve.

I do not have any direct knowledge of this case and have no record of any communication from the customer. I show the order as shipped complete on 11/30/2016. In the effort to strive for great customer service I have issue a full refund for the items in question. (see attached proof) Please advise...
