Dear Revdex.com,please see the attached document of our response letterThank you and have a blessed day.-Midwest Publishers Home Office Inc

I am rejecting this response because:
The attached documents support complaint ID #*** against the response given by Midwest Publishers Home Office Inc A brief summary of each point
that can be observed as contrary to the correspondence submitted by Midwest Publishers Home Office Inc is stated below:Full disclosure of agreement and cancellation terms were not provided other than verbally on 12/14/15.The attachments titled 'MWPub Welcome Doc and MWPub Welcome Doc (2)' is the "welcome letter" that only provides billing and payment verification. No signature had been provided nor returned to Midwest Publishers Inc on the release form that was included with the "welcome letter."The attached reverse side of the "welcome letter" is titled "NAME MY REWARD CERTIFICATE RELEASE FORM" where the signature block is followed by authorization to release information to a partner called "Name My Reward*." The statement on the "welome letter" does not provide any mention of the buyer's right to cancel or how the contract may be cancelled. The call log found in the attachment titled 'MWPub Call Log' clearly shows record of a call from the seller's phone number at 9:am CST on 5/17/ The duration of the conversation lasted minutes and seconds Supporting documents from AT&T wireless service showing the incoming call from the seller's phone number can be provided.I hereby request that all charges from card number ending *** that began on 12/14/be reimbursed in accordance with the Minnesota Home Solicitation Act *** ***5/29/

I do not adhere to recorded verbal agreementsOnly written agreements
I was told that my account has been cancelled and my card will no longer be charged, which I appreciate
However, before my subscription was cancelled I was charged a "late fee" of $59.90, and I would like to be reimbursed the full amountMy payments were never late, because a direct deposit always came out of my checking account
Thank you
