From: alex towing inc Date: Thu, Aug 20, at 11:AMSubject: Compliant ID [redacted] To: [redacted] @myRevdex.com.orgthis email is regarding a complaint from [redacted] Answering to the second letter you sent and costumer is right we provided the wrong information about the vehicle cuz it was never stored in our lot Vehicle was involved in an accident and picked up by [redacted] towing and [redacted] called us to tow the veh from the [redacted] towing location by one one our drivers I asked the driver about this tow and he says that the vehicle was drivable and he towed it on a flatbed and he never scratch the vehicle costumer confronted the driver at the destination address drop off location claiming that he scratched the car with the bed of the truck which is impossible to do The car was stored by another towing company and no one knows if tthe damage was done while they were towing the vehicle or while the vehicle was at the impound lot of *** My driver was really honest with me and he says he didn't do the damage and I believe him

this email is regarding a complaint from a service provided to [redacted] We were called by our contracter [redacted] to arrive at the scene of the accident and tow his car and store the car in our lot vehicle was in a fenced lot safe overnight and delivered to a body shop the next dayThe day after costumer called complaining about a scratch on his vehicle he was told to call [redacted] and if the tow truck driver was in fact responsible for the damage the company will pay for it but [redacted] will have to send an inspector and check the damage on the vehicle first, Couple of days after we got a call from [redacted] stating that they are not responsible for the damage because it's not related to the tow which makes us not liable for the damages as well

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I called [redacted] on August about their interaction with Alex's towingI asked for a statement to give to the Revdex.com, regarding their position on the scratch to my car and if they had spoken to Alex's towing about the scratchThey stated by phone conversation that they have no documentation of any conversation with Alex's TowingHowever, they did state that the damage may be covered under a comprehensive plan under their towing department - they sent an inspector to assess the vehicle last week - it was determined that $damage was done to the vehicleCurrently, *** is still investigating the claim and awaiting a statement from Alex's towing regarding the matterI would like to continue my complaint with the Revdex.com.Alex's towing appears to be providing mis-information to obfuscate their responsibility in this matterOf note, Alex's towing did not store my vehicle in their lot, overnightIt was delivered directly from the tow-pad, which stored the vehicle after the accident ( [redacted] Towing) to the bodyshop ( [redacted] Collision) by Alex's towingAdditionally, in my conversations with Alex's towing, they never mentioned [redacted] assessing the vehicle prior to determining responsibility for damageI called [redacted] the evening that I noticed the scratch and filed a comprehensive claim with them (damage did not meet my deductible)At that time, [redacted] encouraged me to speak to Alex's towing about the damage (*** has never asserted that the damage did not occur as a result of the tow)After speaking to the tow-truck driver on-scene (he denied responsibility), I placed three calls to Alex's towing (including a call the day of the event) - they took information from me twice and assured me they would investigate and contact me within hours after speaking to the tow-truck driverI also provided the company by email the same pictures that I provided to the Revdex.com, which clearly show that a scratch was not present prior to the towI have yet to receive any contact from the company, by phone or email, nor has the company contacted [redacted] to provide a statement Regards, [redacted]
