researched the circumstances. On November **, 2014, ** ** opened an account with Meenan and accepted a 12-month protected oil price plan. When this protected price plan was accepted, by *** ** also accepted the terms of the plan which include keeping his account on automatic delivery schedule. The early termination fee was billed because a scheduled delivery was refused in November 2015. We contact *** ** on December **, 2015, in response to his complaint, and a resolution was reached. We agreed to credit $because *** ** expressed some uncertainty about the expiration date of his contractPlease call me if there are any additional questions, ###-###-####.                 [redacted]  [redacted] Dear [redacted]; I am in receipt of [redacted] complaint and have researched the circumstances.   On October [redacted] we responded to [redacted] service request  for a problem of no heat.  [redacted] explained that his condo complex experienced a brown-out several weeks earlier.  This electrical brown-out issue is what caused the blower motor to fail.  While this part is normally covered, we billed for the service because, as described under Limits of Liability in the Terms and Conditions of the service plan, the power interruption caused the failure.  [redacted] has been a customer in good standing for many years.  We will be happy to split the bill as he requested.  A credit of $462.00 will be issued to his account number [redacted].
