We will get in touch with the bank to see how far they are with there process for the warranty cancellation today, we will have a response asapAs far as we force her to sign for a extended warranty we have never practiced anything like that in this store and never will, we do sell as a option point of benefits to protect there investment because it is a used vehicle she was very happy as she left that day knowing she sign free willing for the warrantyI have spoken to the customer personally as she was in my store to offer her my condolence from her pertaining that she was not happy with the payments because of the warranty.and if there is anything else I can do to help rectify the situation I will do so she turns around and place reviews on the open market to SLANDER our name in public and walk out with a chip on her shoulder with a few commitsWith any type of business this is uncalled for and disrespect to any establishment that's done nothing but help her benefit with her auto loan transactionBut we will contact her bank and help her get a answer for her

Mrs [redacted] is being asked to pay the difference in REGISTRATION CHARGES on HER plates the reason for the up-charge is not explained to us by DMV....she is free to contact them and verify the reason or reasons.....However, as stated in her paperwork she is responsible for the charges on her registration...when we originally called to let her know of the issue she made it clear that she had wanted to pay for only months due to the fact that she was only approved for a certain amount and that amount did not cover the longer registration charges so ROLLIT MOTORS decided to give her the time that she needed (or would have had if there was no up-charge from DMV, after months she would have had to pay a new year registration to DMV )..Rollit Motors feels that we acted more then reasonable and have provided all possible help to Mrs [redacted] that could be expected and more...possible solutions have been discussed with Mrs [redacted] I apologize for any inconvenience that Mrs [redacted] has experiencedCOPIES OF HER CONTRACT ARE ON FILE AND CAN BE FAXED however if Mrs [redacted] can direct her attention to the second page of her contract Item "F" she will clearly see that she was only charged $for what turned out to be roughly months of plates on a Jeep Grand Cherokee and an actual charge of over $We have acted professional and well within the boundaries of Revdex.com guidelines and again regret any inconvenience Mrs [redacted] might experience

in responce how can we steal a car that they gave us keys too.? We signed a contract ! I do not appreciate being called a thiefEspecially from a business who holds up to princable honesty and integrity as you so claimAs a matter of fact the GM of Rollit Motors did refund our money and they got there car back...But the only way he would return our money is if we took down the negative reviews that were posted on the internet and put a positive star review and had my wife and son wait in the office till it was done before he gave us the check.......Who's slandering who? In my opinion I will never recommend anyone to them and I'm considering getting an attorneyVery dishonest business tactics

The Refund has been issue back to the finance company "Gateway one lending"

In regards to the attached "we owe" I took the car to the Subaru dealership after I signed documents at the Rillit dealershipThe salesman at Rollit told me that a warranty would be included. I didnt know that that was something that had to be on a we owe. The sales manager kept putting me off and delaying giving me a direct answer after I left the dealershipThe sales manager repeatedly stated that he would have to talk to *** and that its not a problemAnd that financing would have to be secured. When after multiple attempts to contact *** and finally going back to the dealership *** stated that no promises were made and that they would sell me a warranty at cost. All this happened after they found out that I lost my new job. I told them I dont want the car if I have to replace the clutch. I simply cannot afford it. At which point the dealership informed me that my loan had funded and I was stuck... There was nothing that they could doAt which point the sales manager began to say that the car I traded in has problemsThe Subaru dealership was right about the clutch, the clutch is slipping and has been dificult to get the car in to second gear at times, I have been driving the car as little as possible to avoid getting stranded. The clutch needs to be replaced. The same car that I regularly have serviced at Subaru that was still under warranty and the dealership never pointed out any such issuesI think that Rollit should have to pay for a new clutch or no less than 50% for the replacement. With the registration, I agree with getting a refund for the amount that I was overcharged. However I dont want to have to ever step foot in that dealership again. I(t will be extremely uncomfortable and high conflict. I would prefer that they mail me a check or actually put the funds twords the registration themselves

Pertaining to the first complaint It states clearly on the contract if the customer does not receive the amount of owed registration he/she can bring in the documents showing the amount and get reimbursed for the full charged amount on the contract.On the second complaint there was no promises made
about replacing the clutch, we did how ever offer a warranty at half priceAs seen in document one the we owe signed by Mr*** There was nothing of the sort promisedMr*** stated in his complaint that the problem happened weeks after purchasing the vehicle which is far past the warranty we give on every vehicle.In closing we are willing and prepared to refund the difference in the registration on the vehicleWe at Rollit Motors Strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction we regret that Mr*** is having any issues but it is clearly not our faultWe feel that we have dealt 100% within the guidelines of the Revdex.com and have broken no promises

First, Rollit Motors regrets any issues Mr*** is having with his vehicleHowever Mr.*** was informed prior to his purchase that the vehicle was SALVAGE TITLE and was presented with available history (***) as HE STATED on complaint, PRIOR to him purchasing the
vehicle. Furthermore, Mr.*** was allowed to take vehicle with no obligation to purchase for days, at which time he had a mechanic of his choosing toinspect the vehicle, nothing wrong was foundAccording to Mr*** he took the vehicle to the local *** dealer and was informed that it needed some work totaling $(this included some cosmetic work involving door trim, which is in no way a covered item )These issues were months later, well past our dealer warrantyAt any rate, Mr*** was never lied to or deceived, he knew what he was buying, but in the interest of customer satisfaction Mr.*** has been offered a full reimbursement for all repairs, Plus given another option in which Rollit Motors will buy the vehicle back for full purchase price plus repairs done.This complaint is Mr***'s attempt to collect the following from Rollit Motors.a)Travel Expense: $1,(IRS standard mileage rate) cents per mile X 1,milesb)Time spent requiring work absence at $per hour x hours (to date) $1,750.00Unfortunately, We are unable to comply with Mr***'s demands, And hope tp resolve this matter in a amicable manner. I have not seen the credit to my loan account. am paying interest on these months that is is still on acccount.  the office man told me that the loan officer did not tell me that and he was in the room which is not...

correct. after I spoke with the loan company learning that the extended warranty I called the Rollit Motors wanting to cancel the warranty and that I did not have to have it or did not effect the interest rate. then the office man tried telling me it was a good deall and I could not cancel it for 2 months. then Marc saw my complaint and said he would credit the warranty. and once I see it removed from the loan  I will be more satisfied but still not completely because of the interest and hassle it has caused. and the loan officer should not be forcing the warranties of people [redacted]

I apologize for any inconvenience Mr. [redacted] has had , all vehicles are inspected and serviced before they put up for sale and to our knowledge the vehicle was in great working condition. However Mr. [redacted] purchaseda used vehicle and was offered an extended warranty that he refused , The breakdown...

occurred 4 months after and ROLLIT MOTORS is in no way responsible , I did offer Mr. [redacted] help in the form of dealer cost on repairs but he had to get the vehicle here to be diagnosed and receive an estimate , the vehicle was never brought here. As far as the spare tire , that was promised to him and has been here for him to pick up , he can call Ray or [redacted] at [redacted] any time to schedule the pick up of this Item...Again , we regret this happened to Mr. [redacted] .

Vehicle had all repairs done and is back in the customers possession.

Rollit Motors has the mesa police dept in process recovering vehicle, [redacted] and [redacted] has stolen our car 2013 Kia Optima [redacted]  family member son has made open threats to the store as well as it's been recorded, this is due upon customers not finishing up the...

loan process and took the vehicle into their possession under false pretense We have repeatedly tried to contact them and they been ignoring our contacts as well as making threats this has all been documented for court proceedings and we will prosecute to the fullest for a stolen vehicle which has not been returned at this point. And the slandering that they have done on social media we have recorded all docs on this matter we will send you the docs after mesa police takes care of this matter thanks.....
