I did repair a leak in one part of their basement, not the whole perimeter. My guarantee is only for work I have done to the whole perimeter. I installed a drain system for him. He called me to come back and make an additional repair...

however, I told him I would have to charge him for this as it was not guaranteed. He was not happy that I would be charging for this service. I have not been paid by the consumer.
