I had significant water coming into the house around a kitchen window during the latest storm. Coyne and Joe responded quickly to my call and fixed the issue before significant damage occurred. They were very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Midwest Restoration is awesome! Having dealt with restoration companies several times for different situations in homes that I have owned over the years, I am unfortunately very familiar with estimates, up selling, and just plain unethical practices. These guys were Amazing! Coyne didn't just beat my other estimates by a significant margin, they worked with me and didn't try to up sell me. I felt completely at ease that the estimate was fair and honest with no add ons that I didn't need. In the end, its not always about the lowest price, but the quality of work. And in that, Midwest Restoration met and exceeded all my expectations in both areas! The work was HIGH QUALITY and was also done in a timely manner.

On Sunday, January 3, St. Peter Lutheran had an emergency situation where a sprinkler was triggered and a fire alarm caused our facility to be evacuated. We are very fortunate and thankful that the incident occurred in a hallway, and the water damage affected a few offices and conference rooms in the office suite. We called Midwest Restoration Fire and Water Damage Specialists - they responded immediately and within two hours of the incident had people working on site. They were very responsive to all of our needs and did a great job to have things back to normal by the end of the week.

Overall an Exceptional experience with Midwest Restoration. As the end customer, I am extremely pleased by not only the results, but by the professionalism of the team. Every person did a very thorough job and made sure I was happy.

Truly 24/7 service! Thank you Midwest for coming to the rescue at 7pm on a Saturday night after my pipe burst from being frozen during the winter. Even though it was a holiday weekend, your staff was on the job the next morning at 8am without issue. The excellent customer care and professionalism is appreciated. This company was amazing to work with. I bought my first house and it was a HUD foreclosure. This house sat on the market for over 2 years. Because of that, mold began to accumulate and take over the basement. Midwest Restoration was the most reasonable for price, their customer service was awesome and was very thorough with their work. The whole basement was gutted and treated and I feel confident that my house is now safe for my little one and I. It means so much!

We had a flooding accident and needed to find someone who could act quickly to limit damage. Midwest Restoration was onsite with a cleanup crew within 20 minutes where they acted swiftly to clean up the water and assess the possible damage.

In addition, our insurance adjuster recommended using our builder for reconstruction considering the home is new and contains “high end” finishes. After meeting with Coyne and his team and discussing the reconstruction with them we were comfortable hiring them to complete the work. This turned out to be a wise decision as they did an excellent job putting our house back together with the finishes we expected.

We had a lot of anxiety that our home would never be the same, but after the work that Midwest Restoration did we can’t tell the difference in the areas that were affected by the flood vs. the areas that weren’t.

During my last move Midwest Restoration packed and moved my entire home in 1.5 days using their materials and trucks. They wrapped my furniture, bagged the mattresses, and gave white glove treatment to all of my household items. This late winter we had a water line freeze and flood the newly finished basement. If you have ever had a disaster in your home you know that helpless feeling we had. Within a hour of calling Midwest Restoration Travis was heading out to the house to asess the situation. His crew stayed there till 11:00 pm on a Friday night to get things under control. Wow were we impressed. Travis was fantastic with communicating and guiding us throughout the project ( a lost art by most people today). Correy and the recon crew were awesome and completed the reconstruction to our satisfaction. In this business there is none better. I would and have recommended them to others. Thanks again Travis.

The Chamber office host many seminars and meetings throughout the month and our carpets take a beating! Randy and Brent were so great to work with. They were able to schedule the cleaning around our schedule and the carpets look AMAZING!

Midwest Restoration responded to our home after a significant house fire. We were working on getting quotes from three different restoration companies in the area; Coyne and Travis at Midwest Restoration were by far the most professional, but more important, the most compassionate. They focused on our family first and making sure we were comfortable, and handled the 'business' aspect after. There is really a lot of confusion and frustration that a homeowner faces following a major loss; Coyne and Travis took the time to walk my family through the process of what happens first, second, third, etc. They were very patient as we tried to navigate through these new processes and very respectful in the handling of our situation. I felt that Midwest Restoration was working for ME, not the Insurance Company. We really had a horrible experience with our insurance company, but Midwest rode that roller coaster with us to the end and did not waver in their stance that they would provide my family with the best service and products; products comparable to what we had before the fire, and they would not allow us to settle for less! I cannot say enough great things about Coyne, Travis and the entire Midwest Restoration staff. They truly did make our emergency their priority!

We worked with Randy and Travis to restore our finished basement after our de-humidifier with an "auto-stop" failed to "auto-stop". From the initial meeting and inspection thru the clean-up,restoration and completion, MidWest Restoration completely exceeded our expectations with their communication, professionalism and knowledge.
Travis worked with our insurance adjuster and made the process clear and understandable. We were very impressed with the level of care their crew, especially Ray and his team, took with our belongings , our schedules and making certain all details were explained and OK'd by us.
Although , the basement issue was problematic and a definite nuisance, We are so pleased that we chose Midwest Restoration to resolve and restore our home. Our experience was wonderful. All the workers that came to do various parts of our restoration were professional, kind, compassionate and willing to go the extra mile for us. They even drove 3 hours in a snowstorm to help us out. We will never be able to thank them enough. They took a horrible situation and made it better.

We discovered several spots of mold in our basement, which came at a bad time, the holiday season. Sighhhh...When Travis came out he was realistic and did not blow it out of proportion (other companies had freaked us out the way they talked). Ray and his team came out to do the work, and we could not believe how customer service oriented they were. Anything I requested was done, no questions asked. No hassle and certainly they did not make me feel like I was "overworrying." The mom in me felt comfortable - that we would be taken care of. After the fact, we had some concerns and again, no questions asked, Ray came out to remedy the situation. This is definitely a company that "cares enough to take care of you" which is not easy to find these days. I certainly was impressed with the high level of customer service we received and these people were so nice I wanted to bake cookies for them all! (only I couldn't because we had to leave the house because of the odor from the chemicals...lol :))) We still need to have our carpets cleaned, which I totally trust will be done good.

Having owned a carpet cleaning business back in the 1980's I was amazed at the new technology. Instead of having to rely on the technician's skill using a wand, the rotary machine does the work as he glides it back and forth across the carpet. Even two areas that had never been cleaned in 12 years look and feel like new. Drying time was between 4 and 6 hours with the help of fans on a overcast humid day. I'm very pleased with your work and will use your company again.

Midwest Restoration is great to work with. Being in Real Estate you run across a lot of situations after home inspections. Travis and his team have been right there to repair in a timely manner. In lots of cases you may need a licensed Plumber, Electrician and Contractor. They can coordinate it all. Thus saving the seller time and money.
