Sale that shouldn't have happen
Bought 07 coachmen motorhome, $60,000, drove to tenn with nothing but problems, took back to midwest rv they repaired several things gave it back to me then drove to Florida, again nothing but a nightmare, lights fell out of the ceiling, air pressure buzzer just gos off when it feels like it, and several other problems, since I got back from Florida it has not left to go anywhere, just problems after problems, went to rv show to trade in and they offered me a whopping $20,000 trade in, (did you pay attention to what I paid for it) and I only owned it 8 months how would you feel, its still parked I have so for repaired everything midwest repaired except the hot water heater they actually fixed that correct, they fixed the faucet it leaked ruined the floor I had to replace that ( cha ching), they fixed the bathroom shower put it back together backwards I fixed that (cha ching) starter out I repaired (cha ching), someone anchored the awning with 2 screws and a piece of wood Sevier leak I repaired (cha ching) house batteries were bad I replaced them (cha ching), I can continue this for sometime with all its problems but I'll stop here I thing everyone got the general idea, this should have never been sold off they're lot and especially at this price, so now I have stuck several thousand dollars my self in it and I still am not able to use, but I'm still making payments on there $60,000 sale of apparently a $20,000 motorhome that is just parked, salesman great guy midwest not so much, so for now midwest has put my camping days behind me

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2015/11/03) */
This has been an issue with a manufacturer being able to supply the parts to replace the defective partsMidwest RV center has performed under the manufacturers warranty and requested the partsWe have followed up mulit times with Mr ***
and the Coachmen RV to resolve this issue for MR***Midwest RV has went above and beyond to get these parts hereWe respectfully request this complaint be removed from our records as it is a Coachmen RV/ Supplier issue not the failure of Midwest Rv to perform the repairs

We repurchased the loan form [redacted] union on the 2003 Windsport. Unfortunately the transmission failed on this coach after delivery. Midwest had it towed and was unable to resolve the transmission issue. We had no way to predict the issue that this coach would have but stood behind the...

sale/coach when customer requested us to repurchase. Midwest RV issued a bill of sale for the original purchase price of 33,400.00 When Ms. [redacted] went to the DMV in Illinois the issued her a credit in the amount of 32,406.00. We have reimbursed the transfer fees and the amounts of the sales tax discrepancies for the sake of good will. The sales tax amount in the loan on the 2003 Windsport in the amount of 2,175.00 was also absorbed by Midwest RV.
I hope this resolves the items in question.
