I bring my Teardrop trailer in to be repaired and repair was not completed in fact it's worse now than when I bring it in and they are not responded to my calls and textsI was quoted $and they charge me and didn't complete the work and now teardrop trailer is falling apart again and I cannot lock and close my trunk on it
Had Larry seal the roof on my RVIt leaked a few years later and he worked with insurance company for an estimateHe was paid $for just estimateBased on his lieing to insurance, they denied the claimHe works with them to deceive the customerBe aware of any purchases or faulty repairs from this so called business
After spending two Hot nights without AC In our travel trailer, a repair shop in McPherson Kansas recommended to us Ottawa LLCThis place is the bomb ! one of the greatest businesses I've ever had the fortune to do Business withTara, Matt and company gave us the best friendly service and didn't jack us around RV people if you're ever in this Part Kansas and in need of repair this is the place to goTara and Matt thank you very muchThey even recommended this fantastic barbecue place Tara and Matt we enjoy the barbecue We hope you enjoy yours Greg and PaulaPhoenix AzWe appreciate what you did .cool night tonight AC working fine I will sleep well thanks to you
My husband and I traveled from New Mexico to Kansas to pick up a travel trailer we saw on-line at Midwest RVNow a days always leery about everything (unfortunately)We were very impressed by how they were willing to work with usFrom price to making sure we were happy with our purchaseEven after leaving the lot and experiencing a glitch, they made it right once we got back homeMidwest RV in my opinion went above and beyondThis company stands behind its name
I purchased an RV over the internet and they were nice enough to hang onto it until I could pick it up They held it for appx weeks and knew the exact date and time I would be there to pick it up After arriving, I had to wait an additional hours so they could clean it and fix a few things After I arrived home, I found they had left a window cracked open and the whole window blew out They told me they would have a replacement window mailed to me at no cost and after several phone calls, I have yet to receive it Then, the agreement on my trade in was they would pay the existing balance of my loan The following month, a payment was withdrawn from my checking account I called and was assured they would take care of it and mail me a check for this The next month, another payment was withdrawn and I still had not received a check for the first payment they took Again, I was assured they would mail a check not only for both payments, but this time they would also include money to cover the purchase of the window I never received When I finally received their check, it was much lower than they had quoted me over the phone I would not recommend dealing with this dealership, they are dishonest, unaccountable and incompetent
