I responded to an email regarding volleyball pictures. After looking through records for the sports job done at the school, I could not find an order placed by Ms. [redacted]. I sent another email saying as such. I asked for a check number as...
a cross reference to locate her order. I have not heard back from her as of today.

The last email I received from the company was on May 14, stating that she shipped the photos months ago and would reorder my photos and send them to me. I sent 4 emails since then and no response. As I said in my emails, phone calls, and above in my Revdex.com complaint, I paid cash, so her response saying that she sent me an email asking for my check number is false and makes no sense. There would be no check number on my part when I paid cash in a sealed envelope. There has been no response from the company by phone or email (other than the May 14 email.) I checked all my spam folders in my email just to make sure that her email was not there, nothing.

I have recently received communication from the business owner via email. She is going to send my product/ pictures through the the mail and I should receive it on Friday 6-24.
