They suppose send me a letter said I went there 3_13_2020 spend night come back home 3_14_2020 had sleep test done so I can turn it in to the veterans hospital in st Louis so I can get travel pay I ask 2 times I get no answer
was mailed a copy of his test results on March 19, 2020 to his home. This document shows that he was at our facility the evening of March 13, 2020.
Per our protocol with the VA, we also faxed the results to two VA offices which documents his presence here at Midwest Sleep Diagnostics.
We also verified with the VA Sleep Lab that they do not provide a separate "travel letter" to their patients. The report of results is documentation of their attendance.
