I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I have attached the document with Justin ***'s response (apparently he goes by *** *** on ***) and he even mentions in the comments the he is NOW no long going to refund me which indicates that he did, in fact, offer to refund me my depositThe answer he provided is correct, but based on what Justin told me on 5/that policy no longer appliesThis company goes back on their word and should not be trusted.

At Midwest Tattoo we have a strict no refund policy on deposits for scheduled Tattoo or piercing appointments. Tattoo has been in business for 13 years now and has never come across such an issue in regards to a deposit with a client. This client in particular has gotten tattooed at our shop since she was 18 years old and was well aware of this policy. We understand that not all clients are going to see eye to eye with their artist. We offered multiple options to the client that made the negative review and nothing seemed to make her happy. On that note she was offered to receive a refund for her deposit (which we typically would not do), and in response she told the artist to keep it for his time spent. Upon leaving the client proceeded to bash our company on [redacted] as well as have 2 other people who have never been clients of Midwest Tattoo give us negative ratings. She then texted our company phone multiple times harassing us and then called and talked to another artist at the shop and proceeded to call her names and threaten to "bring our business to the ground". With all of this being said, we are sticking to our no refund policy. At Midwest Tattoo we try our hardest to make sure that all of our clients leave happy. We are an established and well known shop in our area and will continue to give the best service possible!
