is an image of our certificate granted to us by Innokin TechnologyAlthough nobody offers warranties on E-cig products, Midwest Tobacco offers customers a three-month warranty from date of initial purchaseWe gladly exchanged products for this particular customer multiple timesAt some point it came to our attention that this customer was just using the products and coming in to exchange them for new ones and not necessarily because something was wrong with themOur customers as well as employees are well aware that we do not provide such servicesIt is at this point that the customer decided to file a complaint

To whom it may concern, I do not reside in the township where Midwest Tobacco is located, but I frequently have found it's location convenientIn the past seven months I have stopped in there four times, maybe, if that, and I have never once received any refund or store creditThe fact of the matter is that I have not ever been dissatisfied with products I've purchased there, and until now I have not ever asked for my rights as a consumer to be respectedI still have the brand new product in hand that is completely defectiveI will not pursue this issue any longer, I let it go nowHowever because of the principal of the matter, I will not ever shop there againI should hope that the public will take good caution in purchasing any products from Midwest Tobacco
