This person has never contacted us directlyIt sounds like they have defective productWe cannot warranty anything outside of warranty policyThe product was purchased over a year ago, thus the warranty no longer covers themWe are not liable when the person waits an extended amount of time to
use the product

Okay, obviously there is
a
lack of communication at your office. As
I already stated in the email/complaint before, I sent in the fireplace with
all the required paperwork through ***It shipped on 11/13/and was received
on 11/19/ Showing the email with the
apology (from your customer service)
in how long it took to get back to me and deciding to validate the warranty…
was simply showing you that your claims you made about me having had no other
contact with you or your company were falseI have emails to prove such as well
as phone bills stating that…and lets not forget that the fireplace is actually
in the possession of your company at the time you wrote your last response!!
Again, it should not be this difficultSomeone is
not communicating with you.The fireplace was received by
your company on 11/19/and signed by DYNEK.

Gregory [redacted] has never contacted us directly to address the issue. I have no record of him on file. The item he has only has a 3 month limited warranty with no receipt and the fact that it for over a year really limits what we can do help...

I have called the company 14 times and have never received a callback. I read online where this product is defective and needs replacing but the company has neglected to respond on behalf of itself. They out right lie and I have called them multiple times and left a message. I either want a response to fix this unit or it to be replaced asap or a full refund. I'm not backing down on my response here.

I have looked for Mr. Gregory [redacted] on record and we have no previous email or phone calls from him. We cannot warranty his product because it only has a limited 3 month warranty policy. He has had the product for over a year thus, voiding the warranty.
