ordered a reman transfer case I installed it drove it for days for maybe miles total in those days and the transfer case blow apart they said it was from not having drive line rebalanced I have one shop mechanic that is certified diesel mechanic that has more certificates then most shops has seen I have a mechanic at a rental business and I have contacted the dealer ship and they all have said that is not true about the drive shaft and that there was something wrong with the transfer case it that there was defected or not put together right

I would like to share my experience with purchasing a transmission from this companyI purchased my transmission and the first one lasted about months ,I thought well I might have just gotten one with a part defectLuckily it had a warrantyI sent it back and got a replacement got it put in and it didn't last miles so I called them again and they apologized and said to send it back and they would make sure it was fixed this timeI got it back after about three weeks and it isn't any good eitherI would recommend not to purchase anything from autozone that has been remanufactured by this company

My experience with this business is more than just the round around's, they worked on the transmission on 09-then it failed on 02-we sent it back for a warranty, first of all they asked me for $to fix it again because to them the transmission had been ran with out oil and needed to be the entire inside and the "PTO" had been installed wrong since the beginning, I paid them right away VOIDING my warranty with Autozone, and now since I knew what the trouble was, I got a hold of a professional on "PTOs" we got that calibrated and aligned (it's my work truck) it worked great for month's this time, but now with just under miles from replacement the 2nd gear is popping out and grinding, of course I wold not let them work on my transmission for a third time, I got my self another place and found out that the 2nd gear synchronizer were defective I even took pictures of them and sent them to Scott Schleck the owner, he's answer wasno warranty on anything, Midwest did not authorize any other facility to work on MY transmission, (this was after weeks of the original call and messages) he misplaced my numberIn my opinion I wold not trust this place a 3rd timeThe Autozone store said that they wont work with them againThis is Luis in El Paso Texas
