*** *** The owner of the shop stated that this was because I did not know what it took for the repair He did not state that there was no communication to me as a customer about the repair Had they called me, they could have save a lot hours on the repair They were accessing the motorhome from the wrong spot which took them longer I knew the repair, but nothing was communicated to me even after I called two times It was not a lack of knowledge on my end, it was a lack of communication on their end

Yes this customer was in our shop and we believe that this Is more of an issue that the customer just does not realize what it takes or took for that matter to do this repair we did contact the customer and asked what we could do to make him happy and we split the bill with him and
everything is handled at this time
