No Bonnie you do not have record of itRoger would not communicate with me unless it was via phone callRoger specifically told me not to have Energy CoOp install the line so I had to have my schedule cancelledHe told me he would bury itIt is not hear sayWhy would I continue to communicate if I were not waiting for him to bury the line? Complaint: [redacted] Regards, [redacted] ***

This is a private line that is not identified by the utility company so when we did OUPS this property on 3-21-at 7:PM OUPS # [redacted] anything outside of public utility is customers responsibility and we are not held liable for any customers responsibilityI do not show record of any communication stating we would replace the line, We have graciously reimbursed the customer from the invoice they provided to us At this time I am not in agreement with hear say as we document and keep record of all damages regardless of which line of business the work is being performedCustomer again has been reimbursed and paid for what they provided us as their invoiceThank youBonnie Y [redacted]

You sent a check for the new lineYou did not bury the new line and you did not pay to have the new line buriedI was told by Roger "do not let them bury the new (meaning energy co-op) because I will bury it for you, I want to resolve this for you quickly" Complaint: [redacted] Regards, [redacted] ***

You sent a check for the new line. You did not bury the new line and you did not pay to have the new line buried. I was told by Roger "do not let them bury the new (meaning energy co-op) because I will bury it for you, I want to resolve this for you quickly".
