Review: Bought a clothing item on internet form Midwest Workwear. They told me the size to buy according to there sizing chart. Free shipping was included in price, Received item, item was too big. Wrong size. Called Midwest Workwear on phone told them item was too big. They told me to send back for exchange for smaller size. I did paying $10.80 for return postage. They sent exchange item but in return charging me an additional $10.80 for shipping it back to me. They never told me there would be an additional $10.80 shipping charge. This I consider "false advertising".Desired Settlement: Credit my credit card for the $10.80 shipping charge.

Review: I ordered a work Berne bib coverall. I ordered an XShort length, and received an XLong length (received it on or around Nov. 27 2014). I called up about it and was told to return the item and the correct size would be mailed out. I mailed it back via USPS on Dec 1, 2014. I have a receipt and tracking number. They never called so I called them up to see if they had gotten it. They said they have gotten it, plus the tracking says it was delivered. I was then told someone would call me back, no one has called me back. So I called again today, Dec.15, 2014 and now I was told by [redacted] that there is no record of me returning the item. I was again told that someone would call me back. They were very unprofessional, I don't think they should be allowed to call what they are doing "business". It seems like they have no intention of rectifying the situation or even communicating with me.Desired Settlement: I would like the bib in size 36 XShort, plus the cost to return it. Or a full refund plus the cost to return it. It cost 10.80 to return the item.
