contact our office two days prior to the appointment, but abruptly terminated the call. At the time our office staff did not know that the patient's intent was to cancel the appointment.Therefore, when the patient did not show up for her appointment her account was assessed a missed appointment fee.We have reversed the fee on the patient account and sent a written notification to the patient.
