I purchased a motor from the Midwestern Auto SalvageTh motor was purchased with a credit cardI notified the company within the of their returned policy to state that the motor was not workingThe person who was replacing the motor reported that the motor was not workingHe reported that he had place x quarts of oil in the motor and it would not register on the oil stick and that the motor was brokenI notified the manager of the issue with the motorI was told by *** who stated that he was the manager for me to have the person place at least seven quarts of oil in the motorThe person whom was fixing the motor again stated that he should at least read something on the oil stick even with the four quarts of oilI notified the office again and asked for the manager and again spoke with ***He instructed me to have the motor towed to a BMW certified mechanic and that I should do it immediatelyI did as he instructedNow the specialized mechanic is reporting the same
