Do not order or do any business with this companyThe customer service line apparently links directly to the owner of the company who is rude and has absolutely no customer service skills what so everThey refuse to refund based off of their policy which indicates that there is a 10% restocking fee in addition to the shipping costs to go back to the company

D [redacted] Attention [redacted] ***, this email is in regards to the complaint from [redacted] The replacement sling has been delivered by Fed Ex last weekFedEx lost the first item when both packages were delivered and when she called to have us ship a replacement we contacted FedEx who informed us they had tracked down the lost parcel and would redeliver the next business dayWhen that didn’t happen the customer called us and we shipped out a second sling for free so she would not have to wait on the first that FedEx seems to have lost twiceHere is the tracking for the delivered sling728615272947909Thank you, Sales Department [redacted] *** [redacted] [redacted]

I saved so much money ordering my wifes bed from this company The guy I spoke to was helpful in all the different types of bedsVery easy to assemble and controlMy wife is able to control her bed, and it helps her to get out of bed Would recommend this company to any of my friends or family

I purchased a Sit-to-Stand Lift from MIDWESTERN-MEDICAL SUPPLY out of Maineville, OH in July, I am in a wheelchair from the time I get up to the time I go to bed My husband had some surgery in so couldn't lift me anymore I called Midwestern Medical and we purchased the Sit-to-Stand a lot cheaper than at other places I had contactedI would recommend them to others or to other family membersTheir Customer Service has been very helpful as I contacted them today on a matter

I purchased a semi-electric hospital bed, mattress, bed sheet packages and a vinyl mattress protector The online ad states they deliver in - days It has now been days since I placed my order and has taken three phone calls to customer service in order to receive the hospital bed, bed rails, mattress and vinyl protector - all of which came in separate deliveries only after a phone call to customer service I still have not received the bed sheets and the vinyl protector is the wrong size a 75" protector for an 80" mattress In one call, the customer service representative was extremely rude

THANK YOU, Jacob, for your care, compassion, and knowledge in helping me purchase the right standing lift for my husband, who has primary progressive MS. I could not, and would, not have made the right decision, had it not been for your expertise. Thank you for taking the time to educated me on the components, and accessories, for the standing lift, and understanding our needs, both medical and financial. I will continue to order from Midwestern Medical and refer you any chance I get. This experience will be shared among my large family and many friends, and anyone I come in contact with in need of medical equipment. This disease is a very difficult one to live with and we are thankful that the standing lift will make this part of our day easier. You are the best, God bless.

I just want to say Midwestern Medical Supply has been a great company! I have spoken to Jake on several occasions, he has been very helpful, understanding and did everything he could to help me get what I needed so the care of my father would be easier for my family. Thanks again for all the help and I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends thatvhave medical needs.

I had a great experience working with Midwestern Medical Supply. Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgable with the stand up lifts. Its been tough lifting my father up and down, and this lift has been a life saver. I'm looking to order some other things from them. Thank you again for all the help!
