In response to Mr***’s service issues we have discussed the problems with the job with the customer and take full responsibility for the issues. The technician’s skill level was not matched properly to the job at hand and that is our fault. Although we sent a supervisor
out to try to correct the issues, the job was not initially done correctly. I also made several attempts (prior to the Revdex.com letter) to schedule a site visit by myself to look at the job and meet Mr*** on site to see what could be done to make sure this was corrected and he was satisfied. I have personally spoken with Mr*** since his letter to the Revdex.com has been written, apologized for his inconvenience and poor experience and offered to come back and do whatever necessary to make him thoroughly satisfied. Mr*** assured me there was nothing else to do regarding the job and that the issues had all been addressed (some unfortunately by him) and that the job is complete. He was however, and rightly so, unhappy with the service he received especially after researching and reviewing our company’s high reviews and ratings prior to hiring us. Mr*** requested a refund “to adjust the bill to more accurately reflect the quality of the work that was done and the materials used.” I asked him what amount would make him feel better about this unfortunate experience and he indicated $100. That was not enough in my opinion and I assured him I would be sending him $back. We have refunded the money and sincerely apologize for this situation which is an extremely and highly aband uncharacteristic experience for one of our customers
