Review: I won the crown victoria on Ebay. I put deposit on Paypay of $250. Then the following week I wired $1200. The seller lied and told me he was going to mail the title. I waited a few days for the mail to come. No title was recd. I called him back asking where the title is. He told me he is waiting for me to pick it up. I told him I don't want the car anymore and want my money back. He agreed to give me $900 back. He sent $250 only and kept the rest. I want all my money back. He also sold the car on ebay and kept my money. The reason I did not follow through with the purchase is the seller lied to me on several occasionsDesired Settlement: $1200
