Purchased a Miele CVA with year extended warranty in late December Required repair in January after initial delivery due to inadequate heating of liquid; required 2nd service in February due to the system failing to turn on at all; required 3rd service in August due to system failing to function (with F-message consistently appearing) All issues have been found to be due to faulty system, and not due to operator errors or damage from improper use or inadequate maintenance on the part of the consumer (me) I have requested replacement of the entire system due to number of service requirements in such a short time frame Discussed with Miele repair representatives who stated that in order to replace the system, the company servicing the product (Proline), would have to make that request Upon discussion with Proline representative, Miele is responsible for recommendation Most recently, subsequent discussion for replacement request with another Miele
