policy to return the hair products for a full refund. We were simply educating consumer on the use of alcohols which she was unaware of. Customer never returned products to us nor did she ever respond to email telling her to return products. We encouraged the customer to find out what caused the reaction as well. Hello Ms. [redacted] we are not questioning your Degree, we wanted you to be aware that alcohol in products has nothing to do the the organic content of the products. Ms. [redacted] we highly encourage you to have it tested as we are extremely highly confident that they will explain the same. Our products are tested in a research and development lab which is why we are confident they will explain the same thing. If you had a reaction yes please find out what caused it, we encourage you to. Im not sure if you misread or didn't understand our policy as well in the email where It states you have five days upon receiving the items to return, that is on our website and also was stated in the email. In addition your order was shipped on 8/25 and you received on 9/1. It takes 2-7 business days for shipping depending on distance and your order did arrived within that time frame.

Once again if you have had a reaction please test it, and we are highly confident in our products and the quality of our products. We are sorry you had a bad reaction.
