I am a licensed cosmetologist who has been using Miellee Hair Extensions for years. I love the fact that Miellee will customize every order and they can literally create almost any color I need and have it delivered within a short time. The customer service is amazing! The invisible tape in extensions are a favorite for my customers and for myself too! I’m attaching a picture from my most recent order which was for myself - I blended three beautiful ashy shades and I’m so happy with how it turned out!
I ordered my extensions. They were quick to accommodate my order and any questions I had. I ordered the curly hair in iced white. They installed beautifully. I never leave a review until I've worn and washed them at least twice. By the second wash they were yellow. The color had completely washed out. By the third wash I noticed I had lost at least three inches off the bottom and they were frizzy and tangly. I removed them with just conditioner and only ever washed them with salon quality paraben free, alcohol-free, sulfate free shampoo and conditioner and oil them every night. They State you can wear them multiple times. So I bought extra tapes. These are definitely not wearable a second time. They will now not respond to any messages that I've sent them. I am going to put in a credit card complaint and a complaint with BBB.

I first contacted Claudine through email on September 7th to inquire about a special order colour of extensions. She was very quick to reply and very friendly. By the 7th, she confirmed my order, by the 9th, she said she'd have them sent out "by the end of the week." At the end of the next week, the 14th of September, I asked for a tracking number. It was then that she said she couldn't start the order until I paid. I was confused as to why they weren't started earlier, and that she didn't tell me she required payment first. I sent a payment through [redacted] on September 14th. I finally got tracking info on the 26th of September, and they arrived October 5th. Almost an entire month later. When they arrived, they didn't match very well, but I put them in anyways after I sent another email with no response from her. It didn't really matter th
