I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Above is two receipts of work ive done to the vehicle out of my own pocket since the replacement of converter and the last image is the diagnostics on the jeep currently to thisi day Which includes my engine , transmission , out of tires , wheel barrings , radio , crank shaft sensor B , & Brakes the car is literally sitting on the street of my house which I keep getting tickets on because I cant move my vehicle to opposites sides of the street when needed cause its cuts off completely when in drive Regards, [redacted]

THE DMV was able to 'harass' MIG enough to convince him to replace the first bad engine which should not have been a hassle because it was under warrantyClearly the job was not done correctly because the second engine is now deadPrior to getting the dmv involved he would simply replace individual plugs and coils to delay and prevent me from exercising the lemon law

Greg called to respond and state he purchased Jeep Compass with 130,miles back in October We gave him lemon law days warranty which basically covers transmission and engineHe brought it back for engine light on and the code was for insufficient air in catalytic converterWe
cleaned it and it cleared the lightA week later it came back on again, he brought it back and same code came upWe ordered roughly a $catalytic converter which we installed at no charge and we were not obligated to under the warrantyThis was a good faith gestureThe other issues the consumer is complaining about are not covered under warranty any longer as it was only for daysHigh mileage vehicles have problems and need to be maintained as problems occur

am not dropping this complaint ,but have new facts to update---- The seller gave me three choices week ago1-To fix the car(with a new head gasket)2-To give back my traded vehicle(*** ***-given on an even trade)3-To refund partial cash---I had chose to fix the car At the time I was under the impression that they would take one week to do this massive job.By the end of the week I contacted them about how near to finishing they were.I was then informed that the mechanic had declared it was something completely different,and that the car was fixed and that they had test droven it at least miles with no problems at all.I was told to come pick it up and it was readyToday1/12/I traveled to Albany to to pick up the car.I was followed by my girlfriend from Albany on Interstate at which point we witnessed plumes of white smoke coming from the car,it was harder to see at higher speeds and I noticed the distance smell of coolant upon rolling down the window at the toll booths.It was determined that the car was intact overheating once again and we stopped at a *** station in New Austerlitz NYI contacted the place that had done the work and was told to get the car there so they could once again fix it.I bought a gallon of water to put in as I had determined that there was no coolant left in the car what so ever.I put the gallon of water in and witness it coming out under the car as fast as I poured it in.There was no possible way to drive this car miles back to Albany with out risking damage to the engine and I was convinced it would need to be towed. The towing bill came to 130.00dollars to tow the car back to the garage that had worked on the car(*** ***) plus dollars in cash for the tow trucks tolls. I have now informed Mig Auto that I wanted my traded car back or a full refund back !/12/As I am completely deflated regarding this automobile and have no interest in retaining it fixed or not fixed-and was told that my traded car is no longer an option and that it is gone(yet I was told this once before and it turned out he was lying and I was offered the car back-a week ago) So now it is about a cash refund for the total asking price of the *** which was 13,dollars

Alex called with verbal: He purchased the car years agoThe car was fine, he somehow overheated the engine, it seized. As a courtesy, at no cost to him, we replaced the engine It has been another year since we replaced it, and he is now having engine problems again, and we are not responsibleHis original warranty was daysHe is outside warranty and he never approached us regarding having engine problems again, we heard through the Revdex.com

Regards, *** *** This just goes to show you how careless of a business MIG auto sales isTHE vehicle was in the shop at MIG over times this year aloneThey did the engine replacement as well as all scheduled maintenance and somehow did not fix the original problem! They did not do the first replacement as a courtesy as the vehicle was under warranty and they tried their best not to honor itThe way MIG does business is absolutely disgusting and they should not be certified to fix bicyclesI can provide copies of all service records if requested even the recommendations made by MIG that were completed that solved none of the vehicles problemsMIG was aware of the most recent engine problem and even completed the most recent oil change before the engine failureThey are lucky I haven't suggested foul playI called MIG to discuss the engine and Gregs response was 'im not god'

Dear Sirs  How does one post new facts or updates to the original complaint that I filed?  In all fairness to the business we have reached an agreed upon out come and it appears to me that this business is going to great lengths to please me in this matter involving fixing the vehicle.
