Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:It is pretty obvious MRR*** didn't bother to read the original complaint before he popped off on some tangent about Christmas and someone using his checkbook I have never read/seen such an unprofessional response If he would have taken the time to read the original he would notice the repairs we $not $ $is what I paid for the vehicle to start with including tax, title and my trade-in I had also emailed and talked to the salesman (Justin W***) and service manager (Paul P***) before, during and after this process who managed to pass me back and forth to each other instead of talking to me and then were suppose to talk to the GM (MrR***) and get back with me but that was back on May 3, and never heard from anyoneI have sent MrW*** a picture of the damage to the engine cylinder as well as a copy of the invoice (also attached here)I was never asking them to pay the whole repair just help out with the cost.Also the only legal counsel I ever mentioned was also filing a complaint with the State Attorneys Generals office as well as a complaint here with Revdex.com It is pretty clear that their "treat our customers with the upmost care and respect" only applies to those that don't have issues with their vehicles purchased at MIG

Dear Revdex.com,My name is Josh R[redacted]. I am the General Manager of MIG Chrysler. First thing...we treat our customer with the upmost care and respect. Second we sell vehicles with no intentions of causing any unjust problems or hardships. Let me make that clear. I am responding to a complaint that...

needs a small explanation. The customer has stated that he had to repair his vehicle a week after he purchased it. The customer paid 11950.00 plus applicable tax & title fees. The customer stated that he spent 13000.00 dollars to repair it. I never once heard from the customer prior to the repairs he claims needed to be fixed. I feel the customer went and had his vehicle repaired using my check book without permission. Then is angry that we will not pay for it?! Let me go Christmas shopping for my kids and buy them 13000.00 dollars worth of stuff then call this customer expecting repayment. The customer stated he bought the vehicle AS-IS. That is 100% correct. The vehicle was never represented any other way than AS-IS. Common sense tells me that if you paid 11950.00 for a car and it needed a 13000.00 repair a week later..........that just does not make sense to repair the vehicle at that point.  Had the customer reached out prior to the repair he says was needed we could have sent him to a [redacted] shop here in town that would have repaired that vehicle for MUCH less at his expense. In the state of Ohio the term AS-IS means just that. My salesperson told me the customer was seeking legal counsel. Consumers are so quick to use "Attorney" on dealers when they need to understand the law before they waste their time. We did nothing wrong and we welcome this customer back to purchase another vehicle from us. We feel terrible that the customer has had to face this financial stress when neither the customer or MIG Chrysler wanted this to happen.Josh R[redacted]GMMIG Chrysler
